Abstract

There is growing interest in selling services online, such as food delivery, booking tickets, booking hotels, etc. However, developing online services to assist people in need of repair. services have yet to be realized. Previous studies demonstrated that there is a strong trend toward shopping online, which helped reach a larger audience, and gave more opportunities for more jobs. The use of online services has increased in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The research is done to create a new system that will help service repair companies connect with a wider audience via online means. Developers used Agile, specifically Scrum methodology, to develop the system. The system used React for the frontend admin side and React Native for the mobile application, connected to a REST API backend made using Express.js. The admin is used to help manage the system, while the public will only access the mobile app. The Developers created a list of functions, interfaces in the system, a total of 4 user roles, made use of MVC architecture and two-tier architecture to develop the system, The developed system’s REST API has nine routes in total; the admin side has nine navigation routes, and the mobile app has four; the mobile app makes use of three user roles in total. The implementation plan is used to deploy the application on the Play Store, train service providers on how to use the application, and follow up on feedback for improvements.
