Program Educational Objectives
Graduates of the ACT-MM program are expected to have accomplished the following within 5 years after graduation:
- Apply specialized skills in graphic design, animation, video editing, and other multimedia technologies to develop innovative solutions for creative and technical challenges
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development while upholding ethical, social, and professional responsibilities
- Communicate ideas and solutions effectively through oral and written presentations in both English and Filipino
- Collaborate effectively in teams or work independently, demonstrating leadership, teamwork, and accountability in multimedia or other computing projects
- Promote Filipino culture and heritage by leveraging modern computing technologies to address multimedia challenges
Program Outcomes
The graduates of ACT-MM will possess the following:
- Recognize the need and have the ability to engage in independent learning for continual development as a computing professional
- Effectively communicate orally and in writing using both English and Filipino
- Work effectively either independently or as a member of a team
- Act in recognition of professional, social, and ethical responsibility
- Preserve and promote “Filipino historical and cultural heritage” (based on RA 7722)
- Assist in the analysis of complex problems
- Apply modern computing technologies to develop computing solutions
